You are invited to our last cooking class session for this term, which will teach you all about fish cooking and the use of olive and ingredients from the Provence area. The “brandade de poisson” is a speciality from the Uzes region, perfect timing to prepare you for our immersion in Uzes next year.
The class is on Friday 6th September at A French Journey from 6.30 pm
You will be guided by our caterer and chef Marie Emilie from “Le pot de moutarde”, you will be the chef for a day, all in French bien sur, with tasting of your creation at the end of the session !
$110 per person to be paid into the French Journey account – places are limited, so book your spot as soon as possible !
